Amanda Jayne keeps up to date with changes in nutritional science, and enjoys researching the best, and the tastiest ways we can fuel our bodies with whole foods creating delicious healthy recipes that she shares with all. Amanda Jayne would love nothing more than to share her knowledge with as many people as possible to help them become a healthier person. She does this though her ‘Personal Nutrition Plan’ as well as currently writing a book on nutrition. She is also furthering her expertise by studying an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition.
